Ingredients
- 1 Pc. Cucumber
- 3 Pc. Tomatoes
- 1 Pc. Paprika
- 200 g Feta cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbs
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 Tl Balsamic vinegar
- Parsley
Instructions
- Cut the cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese and paprika into small pieces. Put everything in a bowl and season with salt and pepper and add herbs if you like. Mix yogurt, mustard, balsamic vinegar and parsley together, season with salt and pepper and pour over the vegetables
