- 4 eggs
- 75 g cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp cream
- 2 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 small bunch of chives
- salt and pepper
- 3 baguette rolls

Chop the tomatoes and chives. Combine the eggs, cream, tomatoes, chives, and cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Halve the rolls, hollow them out, and fill with the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 25 minutes.
