Spicy herb butter with chili and garlic

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 500 g butter, room temperature

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the butter in a large bowl and blend with a hand blender. Now add the butter in chunks and mix thoroughly with a large spoon for a few minutes. Finally, divide the butter into portions and refrigerate immediately for quick consumption or freeze. Delicious with meat and bread, ideal for parties or barbecues.
