- 100 ml water
- Parsley
- Sunflower seeds

Cut the peeled carrots into spaghetti using a spiralizer. Finely chop the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pot or pan, add the carrots. Season with salt and pepper, then add the garlic. Add water as needed (more water = soft spaghetti, less water = firm spaghetti). Cook for about 5 minutes. Add finely chopped parsley and sunflower seeds, if desired, cook for about 2 more minutes, and serve. Delicious even on its own.
