Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 sage leaves
  • 3 stalks of thyme
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 1 slice(s) fresh ginger, about fingertip-sized
  • 1 liter of boiling water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 16 minutes

Wash the thyme and mint, dry them, and remove the stems. Roughly chop the mint and sage. Dice the ginger. Boil the ingredients in a pot with water for one minute and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy hot. Sweeten with brown sugar or honey, if desired. It also tastes good cold.
