Lamb's lettuce with walnuts, goat's cheese and orange segments

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 20 walnuts
  • 1 pack of goat’s cheese
  • 4 oranges
  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 12 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A simple, quick recipe. A delicious starter for fall and winter.

For the dressing, combine the orange juice with white wine vinegar, honey, and sunflower oil. Season with salt and pepper. Crack the walnuts, peel them, and roughly chop the kernels. Peel and segment the oranges. Wash and sort the lamb’s lettuce. Place the salad in a bowl or directly onto the plates. Distribute the walnuts and orange segments over the salad, crumble the goat’s cheese over the salad. Add the dressing to the salad, toss briefly if desired, and serve.
