- 1 tbsp, heaped almond butter
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tsp baking cocoa

with almond butter
Pour the almond butter into a small bowl. Then add approximately 100–150 ml of heavy cream and stir well. Add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder and stir well again. If you like, you can also add a little stevia or liquid sweetener. This chocolate pudding is super simple and absolutely delicious. Depending on how much cream and cocoa you add, I use it as a Nutella substitute or simply as a dessert when I’m craving something sweet.
