Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of natural tofu
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- some chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
with soy sauce, lemon and garlic
Finely chop the garlic and mix with the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and chives. Slice the tofu and marinate it in the marinade. Let it sit for at least an hour, or longer if desired. Fry the tofu in the marinade over medium heat until it becomes slightly crispy and all the liquid from the marinade has evaporated.
