Spelt and blueberry shake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 mint leaves, fresh
  • 200 g blueberries
  • 200 ml spelt drink, unsweetened
  • 1 medium-sized banana(s), approx. 100 – 120 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

quick, vegan start to the day

Wash the blueberries and mint leaves. Peel the banana and cut it into larger pieces if necessary. Blend all measured ingredients in a blender or with a hand blender until you have a shake. Note: This shake is only partially suitable for preparation. Like all shakes, it will eventually start to separate, and the banana will eventually turn it brown. I didn’t have any major problems up to an hour, but I wouldn’t prepare it the day before. If that’s absolutely necessary, I recommend adding a little lemon juice to slow the discoloration.
