Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark (preferably cream quark)
  • 50 ml milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 8 biscuits (e.g. coconut biscuits or butter biscuits)
  • 50 ml syrup (blackberry syrup or other syrup of your choice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with coconut biscuits and blackberry syrup

First, stir the quark with the vanilla sugar and milk until smooth. Then, crumble the biscuits (this works best in a small freezer bag) and divide the crumbs between glasses. Layer the quark on top and finally pour the fruit syrup over the quark. Depending on the desired serving size, you’ll get 4 to 10 servings (the latter only works for small dessert glasses). Tip: Various variations of the biscuits and syrup are possible, and the quantities can also be adjusted to your taste.
