Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 slice(s) of bread (rye bread or gluten-free)
- ½ slice(s) cheese (grilled and pan-fried cheese)
- 1 slice(s) zucchini, cut lengthwise
- 2 cocktail tomatoes
- 1 radish
- 2 leaves of garlic
- n. B. basil leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- some Himalayan salt or sea salt
- some pepper
- e.g. chia seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 8 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 11 minutes
vegetarian, also available gluten-free, with chia seeds
Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan/convection oven). Briefly toast the bread. Halve the grilled cheese. Dice the tomatoes and radishes, and finely chop the garlic. Place the cheese on the bread and place it in the oven. In the meantime, halve a large zucchini slice (approx. 0.5 cm thick) or cut two small ones and fry them in a tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Once the zucchini is cooked, remove the bread from the oven. Place the zucchini slices on the cheese, sprinkle with garlic, and arrange the diced tomatoes and radish on top. Garnish with basil leaves and, if desired, sprinkle with chia seeds.
