Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 50 g olives, green
- 10 tomatoes, dried in oil
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- 2 tbsp herb cream cheese
- chili flakes
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with feta cheese, olives, dried tomatoes
Crumble the feta cheese, chop the tomatoes slightly, and finely chop the bell peppers. Combine them with the remaining ingredients in a blender or puree in a tall container. The mixture will be a little smoother if you stir in a little tomato oil. Season with chili and basil (or other herbs) to taste, and add a little sugar or ketchup if desired. Be careful with the salt; the feta cheese is already very flavorful!
