Place the fruit in the ice cream container or mold and fill with coconut water. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for about four to six hours. Tips: If you like, you can add a little honey. You can use any fruit you like, whether it’s apricots, pineapple, or berries. Herbs like mint or basil give the popsicle a completely different flavor. The amount of ingredients may vary, as everyone has different ice cream molds. You can find more ice cream ideas on my blog under my profile.
