Tomato-garlic dip, bread spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 vine tomatoes
  • 6 cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • a few stalks of parsley, flat
  • some basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

With fresh herbs and olive oil

Roughly chop the tomatoes and garlic and place them in a food processor with the herbs and olive oil. Roughly chop everything until you reach the desired consistency, then season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a screw-top jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. It tastes great freshly prepared with oven-fresh Sunday rolls.
