Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large avocado(s)
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • salt and pepper

super easy and really delicious as a spread or dip

Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and mash the flesh with a fork in a bowl until creamy. Finely dice the onion. Crush the garlic and finely chop the dill, and add it to the bowl. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Delicious with fresh bread, but also great as a dip.
