Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 100 g cream cheese, grainy
- 100 g feta cheese, 9% fat
- 2 tsp chopped herbs or wild garlic
- 1 tsp, leveled salt (fleur de sel), or salt of your choice
- ½ small onion(s), finely diced
- 30 g cheese (Gouda), grated or cheese of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Wash the mushrooms, pat dry, remove the stems, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a baking dish. Finely dice the onion, crumble the feta and add it to the onions, then mix in the cream cheese. Mix in the salt and herbs well. Using two teaspoons, fill the mushrooms with the mixture and sprinkle with some Gouda cheese or grated cheese of your choice. Bake in the oven at around 200°C for about 15 minutes until golden brown (maybe less or longer, depending on the power of your oven).
