Fried mushrooms with dried tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, brown, halved
  • ½ bunch curly parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, diced
  • 1 chili pepper(s), hot green, chopped
  • 70 g tomatoes, dried in oil, drained, finely diced
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quickly prepared starter, can be prepared well

Heat the oil and sauté the mushrooms, garlic, and chili pepper for about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and heat briefly. Transfer everything to a bowl and season with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix in the parsley well. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight, but at least 2 hours.
