Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms, brown, halved
- ½ bunch curly parsley, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 chili pepper(s), hot green, chopped
- 70 g tomatoes, dried in oil, drained, finely diced
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper

Quickly prepared starter, can be prepared well
Heat the oil and sauté the mushrooms, garlic, and chili pepper for about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and heat briefly. Transfer everything to a bowl and season with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix in the parsley well. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight, but at least 2 hours.
