Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of white bread (bruschetta bread)
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 strips of feta cheese, thickly sliced
  • n. B. Onion(s), freeze-dried
  • some olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. oregano
  • e.g. garlic powder
  • some balsamic cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brush one side of the bread generously with olive oil and toast it in a toaster, first on the bottom and then on the top, depending on how browned you like it. Meanwhile, slice the tomatoes. Top the bread with them. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and onion to taste. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the bread. Then drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar.
