Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g lamb’s lettuce and rocket mixed, proportions according to taste
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 500 g strawberries
  • n. B. Fresh herbs (e.g. parsley or cress)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp jam (strawberry jam) or honey
  • salt and pepper

Wash the lettuce thoroughly and arrange on a plate. Crumble the feta cheese to the desired size and sprinkle over the salad. Wash the strawberries, remove the green parts, quarter them, and scatter them over the salad and feta. Mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette together and drizzle over the salad. Add fresh herbs such as parsley or cress to taste. This fruity salad is quick to prepare and makes a fresh starter or a summery side dish to a piece of meat, fish, or grilled cheese.
