Baguette with tomatoes and burrata

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s)
  • olive oil
  • 2 tbsp wild garlic pesto
  • 2 burrata
  • Honey
  • chili flakes
  • 16 cocktail tomatoes
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, halve the baguette, then slice it open and brush it with olive oil. Place it cut-side down in a pan and toast it until golden brown. Spread a tablespoon of wild garlic pesto on each of the bottom halves. Tear the burrata open with your fingers and spread it on the baguette half. Drizzle a little honey over the cheese and sprinkle with chili flakes. Slice the tomatoes and place them on the baguette. Finally, garnish with basil and place the top half on top. If you like, you can halve the baguette again.
