Egg – Ham – Salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 150 g ham (salmon ham) in slices
  • 7 eggs, hard boiled
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise, also reduced-fat
  • 5 tbsp condensed milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the mayonnaise with the condensed milk. It should form a smooth cream. It shouldn’t be too runny. Hard-boil the eggs and let them cool. Then use an egg slicer to cut them lengthwise and crosswise into small cubes and add them to the mayonnaise/milk. Also cut the smoked salmon ham into small cubes. Therefore, it’s recommended to buy pre-sliced pieces. They’re nice and thin. Mix everything well and let it sit, covered, in the refrigerator for about an hour. Do not add any seasoning! The smoked salmon ham releases plenty of salt. After opening, the salad will have a slight odor. This is due to the eggs and is normal. It will keep in the refrigerator for about 2 days.
