Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 175 g tomato paste, seasoned
- 15 tomatoes, dried, pickled
- possibly garlic

The butter should be at room temperature. Cut it into several pieces and place it in the food processor. Add the tomato paste. Drain the pickled tomatoes on kitchen paper. Then add it to the food processor. Blend everything thoroughly using the “blade” program until a smooth paste forms and the tomatoes are just tiny pieces. Add garlic if desired. Done. Tastes great on dark bread or with grilled food.
