Chocolate spread with dates

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 dates
  • 1 handful of cashews or other nuts
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp baking cocoa

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blend the dates and cashews with the peanut butter and melted coconut oil. Once the mixture is smooth, add the cocoa powder. Transfer the mixture to jars and let it cool. Store the chocolate spread with dates in the refrigerator and remove it about 1 hour before serving. It tastes best at room temperature. This amount is enough for one regular jam jar or two small jam jars.
