  • 0.7 liters of red wine
  • 250 g gelling sugar, 1:3

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the red wine and gelling sugar according to the package instructions. Pour the hot jelly into jars, screw on the lids, and turn them upside down for 5 minutes. The red wine jelly is ready!
