Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 90 g margarine (semi-skimmed)
- 375 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 egg(s)
- 75 g sugar
- ½ pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 100 g sour cream
- 35 ml oil
- 75 ml milk

For the dough, mix the flour and baking powder and place in a bowl. Add the remaining dough ingredients and knead everything into a smooth dough. Roll out two-thirds of the dough onto the bottom of a greased springform pan (20 cm diameter). Wrap the springform pan rim around it and prick the bottom several times with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Place the pan on a wire rack and let the base cool slightly. Shape the remaining dough into a log, place it on the prebaked base, and press it onto the pan to create a 2-3 cm high edge. For the filling, mix all the ingredients together until smooth and spread it over the base. Place the cake in the hot oven and bake at 180°C for about 60-70 minutes. Place the pan on a wire rack and let the cake cool in the pan.
