Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 650 g fat (flomen)
  • 350 g bacon, fresh, without rind
  • 1 apple, e.g. Boskoop
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut all ingredients into very small cubes. Slowly fry the fenugreek and bacon in a saucepan over medium heat until the cracklings turn light brown. Then add the apple cubes and continue cooking until the cracklings are almost the desired color. Finally, add the diced onion and heat a little longer (careful, the diced onions should not brown).
