Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate shavings
- 4 passion fruit(s)
- 2 tbsp agave syrup

Low-carb
Melt the dark chocolate over a bain-marie and then let it cool. Blend the avocado, banana, and whipped cream (or soy cream, for example). Stir in the melted chocolate. Pour into glasses and chill for 2 hours. A fruit sauce goes very well with this. To make this, halve the passion fruit and scrape out the flesh. Cook for 2 minutes with 2 tablespoons of agave syrup, then let it cool. To serve, sprinkle the chocolate mousse with 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate shavings and drizzle with the passion fruit sauce to taste, or serve on the side. It also tastes great with other fruits, such as pureed strawberries.
