Paprika and minced meat pan with feta

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 minced meat, mixed
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 onion(s)
  • n. B. herbs
  • 1 jar broth, approx. 200 ml
  • 1 cup of cream, approx. 200 g
  • 2 corners of cream cheese
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 pack of feta cheese, approx. 200 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Brown the ground meat in a pan and season well. Then add the finely chopped bell peppers, spring onions, onion, and herbs. Sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste and deglaze with the broth. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Add the cream and processed cheese and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat. Dice the feta and add it to the pepper and minced meat pan. If you’re not or don’t need to watch your carbohydrates, you can serve it with rice or baguette. Tip: I top the leftovers with cheese the next day.
