Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g feta cheese
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp mild ajvar
- 2 tbsp parsley, flat
- 1 tsp rosemary
- some milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place everything in a tall bowl and blend with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy on warm flatbread or spread on flatbread and bake briefly in the oven.
