Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small pointed cabbage, cut into strips
  • 1 apple, green, in pieces
  • 1 avocado(s), in pieces
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 ½ tbsp grape seed oil or sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Put all ingredients in a bowl and fold in, season to taste.
