Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 g bran (wheat bran)
  • 15 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 35 g soy flour
  • 15 g ground almonds
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • 4 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients, add enough water to form a pliable dough. Let the dough rest for a few minutes, then, with moistened hands, form a pizza base (as thin as possible) on baking paper. Bake the base in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C for 10 minutes. Top with desired toppings and bake for another 10 minutes.
