Clean Cooking in OWL, gluten-free, healthy, fast, easy, delicious
For the gluten-free pizza dough, combine the tuna, beans, olives, and eggs in a food processor. Then, using a knife, chop finely and season with salt and pepper. Spread the dough on baking paper, then bake at 175°C for about 20 minutes to set. For the tomato sauce, combine the diced tomatoes with the spices and garlic, then spread it on the set pizza dough. Spread the corn, olives, mushrooms, onions, cheese, and oil over the pizza. Add other ingredients as desired. Return the pizza to the oven for another 10-20 minutes, until the cheese has reached the desired color.
