Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g oat flakes
  • 150 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g nuts, ground
  • 150 g sesame seeds
  • 170 g flaxseed
  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 30 g dried fruits (dates, apricots, granberries, prunes…)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 125 ml water, hot

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

First, combine the following ingredients in a bowl: oats, sunflower seeds, desiccated coconut, ground nuts, sesame seeds, and flaxseeds. Using a hand blender, combine the following ingredients: bananas, dates or dried fruit, salt, and hot water. Knead the two mixtures together and crumble them onto a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven (convection oven) at 130 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes. Turn every 10-20 minutes until all the moisture has evaporated. Turn well if necessary to ensure everything is evenly crispy. Fresh fruit and yogurt, or chopped dried fruit with milk, go well with this.
