Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese, grainy
- 250 g minced meat
- 50 g Gouda, grated
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Oregano, dried
- Garlic, dried
- 1 small zucchini
- salt and pepper

Since it’s all quite quick and easy, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) with bottom heat and begin preparing. Combine the cream cheese, ground beef, half of the Gouda, paprika, oregano, garlic, and pepper. Season to taste. No salt; the cream cheese has plenty of it. Now press the ground beef mixture into a baking dish. Thinly slice the zucchini and arrange them in a flake-like layer on the ground beef mixture. Sprinkle a little salt and paprika over the zucchini and the remaining Gouda on top. Bake in the oven on the bottom rack for 30 minutes. A good amount of water will run out, but that’s okay. Then reduce the oven temperature for about 10-15 minutes. The water will then reduce. There are countless variations of the seasonings, but I liked this quite well. 396 kcal per serving.
