Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 200 g cream
- 2 apples
- 2 tsp curry
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 handful of walnuts, chopped
- e.g. chili powder
- e.g. Parmesan

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Clean and slice the Brussels sprouts, then cook them in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Then drain the water, add the remaining ingredients to the pot, and simmer briefly. Finally, garnish with Parmesan cheese and walnuts.
