Salsa cream cheese dip

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small bottle(s) of salsa
  • some cocktail tomatoes
  • ½ bunch of spring onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the sour cream with the cream cheese and place it in a bowl. A shallow glass bowl is best so you can see the red and white layers. Spread the salsa on top. Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them on top. Slice the spring onions into thin rings and scatter them on top.
