Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup(s) oil
  • 1 cup(s) Fanta
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 cups wheat flour type 405
  • 1 pinch of salt

quick and very easy

One cup is about 275 ml – that’s about 330 g sugar and 190 g flour. Preheat oven to 200 °C (392 °F). In a bowl, whisk together the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Add the oil and Fanta and whisk again. Now add the baking powder, flour, and salt and mix well. Pour the batter into muffin cups (about 1.5 tablespoons per cup). Bake in the oven at 200 °C (400 °F) for about 20 minutes, then let cool. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired. This recipe makes almost 4 baking sheets.
