Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g tomatoes, fully ripe
- 1 bunch of thyme
- 1 bunch of oregano
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 500 g celery
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 2 onions
- e.g. sea salt
Instructions

homemade seasoning
Peel or clean the vegetables, chop them very finely, and then puree them. Then weigh everything together and divide the weight by 6. This result should be added as the required amount of sea salt. It’s best to pour it into a screw-top jar and store it in the refrigerator.
