Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 m.-large mushrooms
- 4 tbsp cream cheese, grainy
- 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper
- some garlic
- 1 tbsp Spanish olive oil

Clean the mushrooms, cut them into pieces, and blend them with cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and oil using a hand blender. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture in small portions onto the pasta dough (see the database for recipes) and then shape everything into ravioli.
