Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ kg potatoes, small
- 250 g sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Dads arrugadas
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, brushing them if necessary (do not peel them!). Boil the potatoes with sea salt and 1 liter of water for about 30 minutes. Drain the water and let it steam on the hot stovetop until the skins wrinkle. Papas arrugadas are traditionally eaten with mojo sauce.
