Baby-led weaning (BLW), finger food for babies

Mix the egg, milk, and flour with a hand mixer. The mixture should be thick; add more flour or milk if needed. Deseed and chop the tomatoes and peppers, and do the same with the cheese. Mix all ingredients together. Fry in hot oil on both sides until the center is cooked through and the cheese has melted. My little one was full after half the dish. You can also serve it with salad; then it will definitely be two portions, and you can probably eat it yourself. Variations: You can replace individual ingredients with, for example, peas, chickpeas, beans, ham, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, beetroot (pre-cooked), etc. You can also vary the herbs, using basil, marjoram, and oregano. It is best to use grated carrots and parsnips.
