Quick mushroom pan with fresh mushrooms

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms, brown, large, fresh
  • 4 small spring onions
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp herb cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste with basil
  • some pepper
  • some smoked salt
  • possibly herbs, fresh, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quick, vegetarian, creamy, delicious

Rinse and clean the mushrooms and spring onions, and slice them thinly. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the spring onions and mushrooms to the pan. Sauté over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once the mushrooms are cooked, add the remaining ingredients and stir briefly. Season to taste and enjoy.
