Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g potatoes
- 1 small onion(s)
- 100 ml water
- 100 ml cream
- 2 tbsp cream cheese spread
- 1 tbsp processed cheese with herbs
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 2 tsp broth, granulated
- salt and pepper
- 50 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- Fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and slice the potatoes. Dice a small onion and fry it in a little fat. Deglaze with water and cream and bring to a boil. Add the cream cheese. Slice the leek into rings and add it to the sauce along with the potatoes. Let everything simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally, add the broth and season with salt and pepper. Transfer everything to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 20-30 minutes.
