Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 piece(s) of firm tofu (approx. 250g)
- 10 tbsp mustard
- 10 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Cut the tofu into approximately 1.5cm thick slices and spread a fairly thick layer of mustard on both sides. Let it soak in for at least an hour. Then coat in breadcrumbs and fry in plenty of oil until golden brown.
