Filled oat biscuits, sugar-free and nut-free

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 400 g whole grain oat flakes
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • n. B. Jam, sugar-free for filling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the eggs and butter together well. Grate the apple into fine strips and add to the batter. Add the baking powder and mix everything again. Finally, add the oats and mix well until the dough is pliable and no longer sticky. If it’s a bit sticky, just add a few more oats. Use a teaspoon to measure out portions of dough, roll them into a ball in your hand, and flatten them slightly. Place about 16-20 cookies on the baking sheet and make a small indentation in the center with your finger. Spoon about a spoonful of jam into each hole. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 20-25 minutes, until the cookies are browned on the bottom. Let them cool completely after baking, and then enjoy!
