Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 ml plant milk (plant drink)
- 90 g oat flakes
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Banana(s), optional

Pour 4 tablespoons of the milk into a glass and add the chia seeds to swell. Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan with the oats and bring to a boil. Allow to swell and cool. Puree with an immersion blender. Stir in the chia seeds. Lightly mix with the peanut butter and season with maple syrup. Steam banana slices in maple syrup, for example, and garnish the pudding with the slices.
