- 150 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
- 1 small piece(s) of ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp pear syrup or agave syrup
- 50 ml water

Mix the lime juice and zest with soy yogurt, ginger, pear syrup and 50 ml water and puree everything in a blender.
