Basil-walnut-rapeseed oil pesto

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 65 g basil
  • 1 medium-sized garlic clove(s), crushed
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 30 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 7 tbsp rapeseed oil, vital, is slightly thicker than normal

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Put the basil, garlic, walnuts, Parmesan, salt and pepper in a blender and puree, gradually adding the oil.
