Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 65 g basil
- 1 medium-sized garlic clove(s), crushed
- 30 g walnuts
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 30 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 7 tbsp rapeseed oil, vital, is slightly thicker than normal
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Put the basil, garlic, walnuts, Parmesan, salt and pepper in a blender and puree, gradually adding the oil.
