- 1 pineapple
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 orange(s)
- 1 apple
- 250 g strawberries
- 250 g seedless grapes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Peel and core the pineapple, then dice it. Peel the banana and orange and slice or dice them. Wash and chop the strawberries, grapes, and apple thoroughly. Place everything in a bowl. Squeeze the lemon juice over the salad and stir well. The fruit should be very ripe to bring out the full flavor. If desired, serve the salad with mascarpone or whipped cream.
