Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- ½ bunch parsley, flat, chopped
- 8 half tomatoes, dried in oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted without fat
- some coriander leaves, if desired
- 1 small chili pepper(s), finely chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
- 2 tbsp broth
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp pepper, green, dried, coarsely crushed
- 2 tsp curry powder
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the cucumber into strips, halve lengthwise, and slice. Thinly slice the tomatoes and place them in a bowl with the cucumbers and parsley. For the dressing, mix all ingredients well. Be careful with the chili; add it to your own taste. Mix the cucumbers and dressing well. Let stand for 10-15 minutes, if possible. Fold in the sesame seeds, and if you like, sprinkle with some fresh coriander at the end.
